Still waiting for my refund from Sunday the 29th Sep. Poor meal was told I'd get a refund through the app which I ordered on while in the Sunday. Very poor mixed grill.. dry meat and everything was cold . . Disappointed. Rang the number on website and social media to speak to someone nobody picks the phone up.

Regular here at the Redburn farm. Always find the staff, Vicky, Michael, Margaret and Sean very welcoming and accommodating. We have a few fussy eaters ?. The staff are always buzzing about ensuring customers needs are met and making sure the environment is a pleasant one.
The food is lovely and the new menu is fab. Shout out for the new cauliflower wings and Yorkie wraps. A firm favourite.

Great team at Redburn, Vicky, Mary, Adam, Michael and Cameron are always smiling and welcoming to me and my family. We live locally and this has become our local place for food and drinks.

1st time trying breakfast, buffet style. Was good variety and hot, some items better than others. Staff prepared toast for the table which was good as no queing at a self service. Staff were replacing food regularly. Vicky the waitress was lovely & very helpful.

Seen loads of good reviews for this place and lots of friends saying how good it was so decided to try it for the carvery. Ordered two carveries and 2 cokes (£40) then went up to get the carvery to be told there was no gammon which was the only meat I eat at the carvery and should?ve been informed of this when ordering. I was then told I can change it to something else on the menu, I chose to have lasagne, informed they had no lasagne so opted for a cheese burger with onion rings on the side. This has to be the worst cheese burger I have had from a restaurant, horrible cheese single taste was overpowering the burger which was pretty tasteless which I was extremely disappointed with. Reheated chips and burnt onion rings. Had 3 onion rings and almost half the burger because I was hungry and hate food wastage but it was disgusting. We then let the server know this after we brought the plates back to them at the bar and just got ?sorry I?ll let the kitchen know?. Then when walking out the door heard the same member of staff talking about it to someone else. Extremely disappointed after hearing such great things about this restaurant.

They cancelled my booking for a party of 9 & no one will email or call me back to explain. I received an email stating "sorry you didn't make it" my booking isn't until December. I have absolutely no idea what's going & with no communication I doubt I will. So far customer service has been shocking.
