Model example of Gregg's tbh, wee shop but im not going to knock a star off for that, food is on point, staff really pleasant to. Generally i find Gregg's quite consistent this way but I always use this store just because location and satisfaction.

Wednesday lunchtime, 1.30pm. A line of people literally out of the door. Shelves very poorly stocked with about half of the items not stocked at all.
There is just ONE person behind the till serving customers while another was doing other tasks in the kitchen.
Greggs - this is a common occurrence, and not just at this branch. Stop being so tight and expecting people to WAIT so you can save a few quid. You act like you?re a business ?of the people? but in fact you treat us with disrespect. Sort it out - you already know it needs fixing.

All good, aside from occasional cold pizza .. better than some other greggs! At least this one are occasionally hot!! One girl likes to hide in thr back shouting at girls to serve when queue is long instead if serving herself. When asked if pizza was hot/fresh she just "humfphed"

You can't really say much about a Greggs. It's the deli of the working class as a famous comedian puts it. Service here is great. Just avoid lunchtime during school term is you are in a hurry.
