They don't get your order correct and even when you make it clear what you want they still decide to ignore you.. they have set prices but yet still decide to over charge very horrible atmosphere and definitely Will not be back

Put in an order at 19.40, only got half my shop, my daughter phoned them, and they said they would bring my cigarettes out to me. I phoned them at 21.30 to when they were coming and the shop is closed they do this all the time, there is always something missing from my order. The last time I ordered 3 pizzas, I only got 2, but they charged the same price. They better have my money back in my account by the time I get get up tomorrow. They have just received their last order from me

Very disappointed I have had lot's of food from here but not by delivery before food was cold egg was bust and hard tattie scone was rubbery and the only thing that tasted as it should were the beans on this breakfast. Sorry but got to say it as it is

Using payment system on website that is not in use. Owner not helpful regarding refund for paid items - blaming chosen provider - yet still has access to order system via google. Regular customer via other apps, however, will not use again.

Purchased soup for myself and my mum lunch today and cheeseburger and chips my mum is very fussy but she said soup was beautiful and will be ordering again food was roasting when we received no spillages and wrapped all nice definitely

There is a woman who works in this place with short black hair who is the most rudest person I've ever encountered. The bacon is under cooked but brick hard swimming in grease as is the rest if the breakfast and other foods that I found hairs in. Disgusting ! Also to my horror the same woman delivers for this shop and shouts like a coal man, swears and causes a scene just dropping off your orders, when late she shouts at the top of her voice she has tried to call but your phone number is unavailable which is lies. Avoid like the plague !!!

Disgusting. Food was freezing and looked very raw. Person who seemed to be in charge with short black hair, a woman, was nothing but rude and disrespectful and seemed to be happy to serve such atrocious food. Do not recommend unless u enjoy being attached to the toilet with sickness and diarrhoea. Would not feed this food to my dog and feel sorry for my bin.

I'm giving this place 1 star because 0 stars ins't an option. This place is notorious in Blantyre for being riddled with all sorts of germs and viruses. Over the years many people who have been hospitalized (myself included) have claimed Agnew sandwich shop was the source, the vast amount of people who have came forwards with the same stories about this place its honestly surprising no health and safety sector have opened an investigation here. I feel let down by the council and police that nothing is being done to abolish this shop. I've considered moving away from Blantyre just because i can't bare driving past this shop. I wouldn't advise anybody to step inside this place without a hazmat suit on and even then you're risking it.

Worst breakfast ever never again food was rock hard and no rolls for a sandwich shop is pretty poor to say the least.
