Bought items from them 6 weeks ago - still not been delivered. 4 times I've been told someone will call me back to discuss this and each time there's been nothing heard from them. Have asked twice to be refunded, twice been told it'll be done and still have not received a repayment. Bunch of liars on staff at Blairgowrie branch that obviously think nothing of their customers to treat them with such blatant disregard. £170 just disappeared into their pockets as if people can afford to spend that on nothing! Shockingly poor customer service - wish we'd never bothered with this company!
