We were delighted with a thoroughly professional job. Everything that was promised was delivered on and in good time.A potentially messy operation, removing existing foundations, digging up our drive, laying pipes and installing a concrete base for a small building was done with no impact on us or our neighbours. The finsihed project looked like it had always been there. Huge thanks to Sean and his team.

Highly recommendedSean worked on my own self build project for which I am also the Structural Engineer. The work was carried out quickly and professionally and the site was kept clean and tidy through out. The costs for the works were also very reasonable.Would use on any future projects.

The simple answer is a resounding yes. But why? Well although we do not see house foundations and you only worry about them when something goes wrong. You need to be sure the job is done properly in the first case. I found Sean Clark of SD Clark Planthire & Groundworks easy to deal with and ready to answer any questions or concerns I had. He was very organised and kept all communication lines open. From design to completion he paid attention to all the details and he and his team delivered the project ahead of time at a quality I would have expected. I know a lot of his customers are self-builders and they will only require his services perhaps once. However, I can say as a property developer I have every confidence to call him again for my next project and so should you.

Would highly recommend. It is so refreshing to see guys who actually take a pride in their work and it shows. They have done an amazing landscaping job for us and this was carried out with great skill and professionalism.

From first contact through arranging for the job to be done and actually doing the job, their communication was excellent. They carried out the work which involved repairing many potholes on an unadopted private road to a high standard, on time and left the site tidy and clean. An excellent job done at a reasonable price .

I have just had Sean from S D Clark complete a large foundation project for a house we are building. We had issues finding a company to take the project on due to the complexity of the build (large basement on a difficult site). But S D Clark gave a good price and stuck to it. Everything about the job has been perfect. The communication has been spot on, the work has been done to a high standard and we had no unexpected extra costs. Would highly recommend this company to anyone

Brilliant. The job was 3 hours drive away for me, so SD Clark took the initiative to organise many aspects of the work, including courteous negotiations with the landowner. Then, largely unsupervised, the quality and finish of the work was perfect and within budget. I shall definitely use them again.
