I use the Jet in blairgowrie often and the young boys who work here are an impeccable bunch of young men. However the large bald man has been rude to me on a few occasions. I tried to let it slide but last week was just to much. I got out of my vehicle filled my car and made my way across the forecourt and answered a call. When I got into the shop the large bald man started shouting about me using my phone in the forecourt and said something about combustion, I said to him, I was not aware of this and as a new driver and was shocked to here such information. He them said in a raised tone "maybe you should Google it then". I could not believe his attitude and said to him "why do you always have an attitude when I come in here?" He replied with "if you don't like it go to Tesco" I could not believe the audacity of this man, so I told him he was a miserable git and should maybe consider getting another job! I still use the Jet because all the other staff are lovely, but if I see his big bald head through the window, I go to Tesco!!!

The younger lad serving tonight needs an attitude check. Yes, i did arrive at 8:59 as id been caught out with tesco being closed but making an arsey comment about it isnt the right attitude. Heaven forbid he has to be in work until 9:06 which was when he left.

Wouldn?t even leave 1 star but had to so I could write this. I will never be back to this station the amount of times I have been in and the same abrupt male(name tag says Bruce) and a older female with glasses is just as bad , the 2 of them do not say hello, there tone and mannerisms are the worst I have ever ever come across from a stranger, every time I try be overly polite thinking he?s just had a bad day, but NO every time he is horrible. My card didnt work on contactless today on the machine due to using the wrong card on my Apple Pay I told him it hadn?t worked and I don?t have my physical card unfortunately(meaning he would have to cancel it and re do it on the card machine for me to try again) to which he GLARES at me under his glasses making me feel so uncomfortable and tutting, I asked is this a problem? I actually thought he was joking the way he acted it was that shocking. I had no other means of payment , he replied with ?yes it sure is a problem? whilst aggressively cancelling my transaction to re do it on the screen. Will be telling everyone I know in Blair and beyond to stay away from this place. Horrible angry and sad sad old man. I won?t be letting it slide and this is the first step.
