“Not a patient myself but my wife is. She has kept good health & a very rare visitor to the practice. However after 5 weeks of ‘just not quite right symptoms’ she got an appointment last Thursday. Blood test arranged for following day. Call back same evening from Dr Nick who gave initial prognosis & medication immediately prescribed (it has helped). Another call from Nick this evening with more information about diagnosis, a prescription for targeted medication & details of follow up testing. Thankfully nothing critical but outstanding service.
