Had a light lunch here with a few relatives. Made very welcome. Food was really good and it was excellent VFM. Mainly light meals, soup, beverages etc but had a couple of more substantial offerings. Well worth a visit.

3 of us went whilst visiting Blairgowrie.
Place was very cold and older people seemed to be the clientele.
We all ordered soup and toastie with a cold drink.
Young girl serving was pleasant.
Soup was supposedly lentil, but was lukewarm and had a distinct taste of treacle. 1 of the toasties was made with bread outsider, other had cajun chicken , which contained cold chicken, very unappetising ., only decent thing was the cold canned/bottled drinks.
Unsure who the woman was that we complained to in regards to unedible food, she was very unprofessional, spoke loudly so other customers could hear and stated her soup was perfect! Did not accept criticism and is obviously unaware that the customer is always right!

This is a quiet gem with very high standards in all that they do! As you enter, you will be met by the friendly and welcoming proprietor and employees along with a sparklingly clean and inviting cafe. The timeless interior is inline with the immaculate service: prompt, polite, interested, professional and keen to ensure your satisfaction. Brooke, our waitress was efficient and appropriate in her manner, quiet, helpful and accurate. She provided all dishes, tableware and the order confidently, with assurance and, given everything is freshly made, reasonably quick.
All the food was freshly prepared to order, with options to customise your choice to your taste. A delicious meal was enjoyed by both my husband and myself- cheese burger and chips with a delightful salad, and I had the farmhouse pate option - a very welcome choice which is rarely available in cafes. The chips were incredible! They must have been triple cooked, so tasty and fluffy inside - the perfect chips!
Regretfully, we didn?t manage to try any of the desserts or delightful baking - I know we missed out. Although the menu doesn?t specify particular dietary listings, I believe they will do everything possible to accommodate all requirements.
This is a busy place while it retains a restful atmosphere, with very high standards of cuisine, cleanliness, service and genuine care and attention to ensure customer satisfaction.
Just when you need an honest, satisfying lunch with second-to-none service, a little gem like this appears. Don?t miss it. Blairgowrie has always been a favourite place for me to stop and explore, discovering this cafe has now provided an added attraction which will tempt me back more often.
Excellent food, fresh, quick with time to chat and relax throughout your visit with excellent service.

Warm welcome, pleasant atmosphere. The café was well attended and the owner kindly asked us to be patient. That wasn't a problem at all because we felt comfortable and there was a lot to discover. In addition, the food is freshly prepared for each guest, you could see into the kitchen ?. Everything was very clean. The operators always had a kind word for the guests. We also got into a nice conversation right away. Warm greetings to the two owners and all the best!
P.S. We followed the recommendation and visited Plockton, really a nice place?

My partner asked if I wanted to go somewhere else when we walked in here as every table was covered with dirty dishes and I wish I had said yes. So dated, but dirty dated not quirky dated. Tablecloths all dirty and everything sticky. Marks all over the bathroom walls. And then I was served the worst ?latte? I have had the pleasure of receiving?spilled all over the saucer?couldn?t even drink it?wish I?d gone next door and spent the money on a hamster instead

A beautiful wee coffee shop we stumbled across when on a night away with my wife. Reasonably priced for a coffee and latte. Nice and quiet for a morning cuppa and chat.

Visited here 3 days ago, food was disgusting.
The so called soup was like pig slop. And inedible. Although there were about five of them... sandwiches were below average and overpriced. We waited for forty minutes for this muck and the staff had no idea what was going on. Appalling service. We will never be back.
Parking: You cannot park near as it is on a busy thoroughfare.
