Doctors have been great with me and my children and very supportive.Only thing I find let the surgery down is reception, not all just one woman as she is so rude and really let the practice down.Other receptionist there are so friendly and take time to listen and help. Leaving a 2 because Dr Tiwari and Dr Hamilton are a credit to the GP surgery and have always treated me with the dignity and respect a patient deserves.I have never been spoken too with such a bad attitude, disregard and coldness than from certain receptionists at this practice. Reception staff are so bad, they're rude and it feels like they don't want you to have an appointment. Don't think I've had a positive experience here yet.
