Put an order for collection on just eat, not realizing it wasn't in Kirkintilloch, tried phoning about 20 times and no response, even before the food was prepared. Did not get a refund and they said the food was collected, just eat basically said it's my own fault, could've been avoided if they picked up the phone.

As someone who has tried other food from other Subway shops before and having loved it, I must say I was immensely disappointed. Bland cold sub and toppings were tasteless. Only reassurance was that the customer service was decent so that's why it gets 2 stars instead of 1.Would not recommend, there are far better places to go for food near the cross.

It was an overpriced baton with chicken and similarly overpriced cookies.The guy behind the counter also says its card only, when i said i was paying with cash he said he didnt have enough change. The charge was £7.80 he gave me £1.80 cause he had no change, fine just give me something else for a £1, he gave me one cookie! (3 cookies cost ~£1.60!)When i told my 12yo son who loves subway he said thats happened to him a couple of times there.
