Today I had an excellent shopping experience. Kat and sales colleagues could not do enough to help. Kat especially actually went round with me to help me chose all the items I needed. She was very patient and professional as usually George takes me round, but not in today.. Kat then passed me to Holly to make sure I could see and try on the slazenger trainers I needed. When the helpful lady at till concluded sale. put all my goods together Holly then actually carried them safely to my car and put them in car boot. I would recommend Bishopbtiggs Sports Direct ? per cent. Senior citizen. Great prices.

I'd rate in the negative if i could. Shop is an absolute shambles. The team are all clearly young and inexperienced (not their fault) but they're led by an arrogant bully of a man who clearly should not be in customer service. Poor show sports direct.

No fitting rooms to try for clothes .Only good for shoes at this point.

I avoid this store but use it out of necessity as I have teenagers. The staff are generally helpful. Some of the managers, less so, they are rude. I don't like the way they speak down to staff and I certainly don't like the way they lie straight to my face, like I'm a halfwit. Their attitude is shameful.

Absolutely awful staff tonight. Put the lights out 15 minutes before closing and lied, saying they didn't have what I wanted in stock when it was right under her nose. Obviously couldn't wait to get rid of cystomers and go home. Rude and ignorant.

Not interested in giving me a refund, credit note or changing shoe size for unworn shoes that don't fit. Miserable, rude, jobsworth on the till.

A disgrace there are no changing rooms to try on goods , their reply is if it doesn?t fit bring back and change , I don?t live local and would have spent a lot of money in store but I?m not . willing to run back and forth every time something doesn?t fitDissatisfied
