Ok store, missing most things in men's large and getting service is impossible. Finding snow in the desert is easier than finding a shop assistant here.

Click n collect quote often takes way longer than 3 mins. Couple of times fair enough, but getting fed up with it now. Then returns machine out of order and a sign redirecting you to a till, and when you get there, there's no staff present. So looks like they're running on bare minimum staff , either that the staff are hiding

This was the worst next I've ever been in wont be shopping there again wanted to purchase a sherlock arm chair went to home department then had to move to mens department something wrong with till something wrong again in mens department was told I had to go downstairs to womens fashion to be told I had to go back upstairs again for the order to be put through next need to see into their customer care im so disappointed

Paid £8.50 for a beef burger meal and it was the size of a kids happy meal burger. Bbq sause was disgusting. Waited ages and the kids happy meals was awfull. Oreo milkshake was nice but couldn't drink it through the spoon burger King provided.flys all over Windows Just awfull.

I use this Restaurant when it's open up which I hear is from the 3rd of August 2020 however @ present still paying by card only which is a pain in the butt I prefer cards with all this scaremongering going on by the BBC via the No World Order numpties yeah project 21 & vermon coleman encouraging people to wise up & listen up to what is really going down go their the old man in the chair anyway back to the food review to be honest with you all I've never had a bad meal out of this Restaurant the food is fine & if people want to smoke outside then that is entirely up to them the problem in the UK nowadays is we are now living in a Nany State where people are telling people how they should live ridiculous & un-necessary have these Nany's ever heard the words giving people personal space anyway we digest try it out as mentioned the food is fine not bad compared to other fast food outlets trust Me you will no be disappointed laters all BJTT fae the Briggs

Customer service in Next is always second to none. The staff are so courteous, friendly and helpful. Only downside is the click and collect facility is becoming so popular, there's always a queue
