I had been into the other branch twice to get my new glasses adjusted which were still not right so I couldn’t wear them.When I popped into bishopbriggs branch I was welcomed by Kim who was very friendly & helpful. I went away very happy as now I can wear my new glasses ? Great service, making sure my glasses were straight etc on my face (which they weren’t before)”
