Since this dominos has employed new delivery drivers it has went down hill. My last 2 others have been cold and one of the orders was extremely late with no apology and my pizza was missing a topping. Usually the pizzas are piping hot from here, now I?m not sure if I will order again

Everything is fine. The only downside is that there are no discounts, unlike other establishments of this network.

The pizza's taste OK. But the fries are really bad tasting and bland. They taste like half frozen chips and are really pale looking. Wouldn't get the fries again. Especially for the price which again shouldn't be so high.

Went in their this evening to buy one pizza and get one free deal . Ordered 2 pizzas and guy said that will be £23.99 so I questioned the price since it says on the menu that a large pizza is £11.99 . So his response to me was it's just the same thing and I said it should come to £11.99 and he said no it's 23.99 for one pizza. So decided just to cancel order and walked out the shop. Very strange exchange with this man .

During my tenure as an employee, specifically as a delivery driver, at this particular shop, I invested 1.5 years of my time. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the most challenging and unpleasant experience of my professional life. As a PhD student in the university, I sought a part-time job to support myself throughout my studies. Regrettably, the manager I encountered during my time at this establishment exhibited a complete lack of ethical conduct.Despite initially appearing cooperative in terms of scheduling shifts and hours, the manager proved to be anything but transparent with the employees. This lack of transparency extended to matters concerning the allocation of hours and holidays, with the manager displaying an alarming tendency to appropriate the employer's time off. Shockingly, I ended up forfeiting six months of holidays due to the manager's dubious practices.I strongly advise against considering employment at this shop, as dealing with this selfish manager is likely to become a nightmare. Prospective employees can anticipate a lack of financial compensation, inadequate hours, a dearth of respect, and even issues related to sustenance. Working in such an environment is not only disheartening but also shameful.Personally, I deeply regret my decision to work at this establishment, where I experienced significant losses. Despite attempting to raise these concerns with the area manager, the resolution of the issues remains unclear. My intent in sharing this experience is to caution those currently employed or contemplating joining this establishment. Exercise caution when considering positions at Dominos, and be wary of managers who may be willing to jeopardize your well-being. Thank you for your attention.
