Easy parking, easy layout? it?s B&Q? ?

Went to B & Q on the 30.7.25 for fence panels, but there stock was down to 2 and one broken. Asked one of the staff outside the store room next to the till, who was very helpful. I needed 10 panels and on checking i could get the 10 fence panels by the coming sunday. Paid for them and thanked this helpful male staff. Cheers.

Always a great place to find what you need for home and garden maintenance. It's easy to find things by asking friendly staff or look it up on your phone and it will tell you the easily found aisle number. ???

My partner and I were in store yesterday to buy a kitchen unit. We were both pretty clueless on where to start and how to put it together. James helped us out so much, from showing us exactly what we would need to then helping us lift it onto our trolleys. He went above and beyond and made the experience a lot easier than it would have been without the help.
There was also a really lovely girl that James passed us onto at the trade desk that helped me set up an account. I didn?t get her name but she was really friendly and spoke me through the process.

My partner and I went into the Strathkelvin Retail Park store on 10/06/2025 at around 7pm to look for a combi drill. We were very unsure on what to buy and asked one of the employees for help (Michael). He was the loveliest and most helpful man I have come across in a long time. He was eager to help and very enthusiastic. Thank you very much Michael, you made our day??

The store is about half the size it previously was. You can't get everything you need anymore which isn't ideal.
Yes you can order online and wait a few days but the point of b&q was always that you could go in and get what you wanted. Considering it was always busy it's a shame.

Visited to purchase items for a joiner to complete at job in my home, initially asked a young boy in uniform who seemed uninterested and unhelpful to be quite honest, however, then came across a man who appeared to be very happy at his work & looked very approachable, upon asking him to point me in the right direction of what I was looking for the man actually took me to it, gave me advice, helped me, and then took me to the next item in the shop and informed me of what I was looking for. Visited again the next night as I was short on supplies and met the same man, who was more than happy to help me again. Genuinely friendly lovely helpful b&q colleague who both times was informative, approachable, nothing was too big to ask and he told me he?s worked there for 20 years! Still happy at work after 20 years what an achievement. Thank you Paul McGuire - your people skills and customer service were impeccable! Your an asset to b&q bishopbriggs
