Food was so quick after I ordered, was told roughly 1 hour, came 25 mins later.
Tasted like a reheat. I called to let them know but was told they never reheat food.
Just interested how from ordering to delivery was so quick.
The chap on phone brilliant and took on board my request not over cooked prawn toasts etc.. Sadly won't be back and I've used for years.

Service was pretty good. On time, no issues.
For me, the food was nothing to write home about. Spare ribs were not only over cooked but burned, and the flavour of other menu items was very basic.

On Friday 28/06/24. @ 4.30, we ordered a starter, plus 3 main courses.
The half Crispy Aromatic Duck was awful, most of the duck had a layer of soft fat on top, definitely wasn't crispy, with the rest of the 'Aromatic Duck' was dry and tough, lacking any aromatic taste. The spring onions were dried up too, possibly the worst carryout meal I've ever had.
However, staff were friendly and when we phoned up to complain we were offered 1/2 cost of Aromatic Duck.
Very disappointing, we wouldn't go back.
