Amazing location with views over Melvich beach.Sad to see the pub change so much and opening times and service limited to food, alienating the local community and the atmosphere they bring to the pub. Booking times for meals limits the flexibility and nature of the my trip, which never worked out to try the diner offering, menu looked great but expensive. Breakfast was of a high standard but on the high side price wise. Facilities were of a very high standard, laundry service not mentioned on the website I believe but are available, again costly but high grade. Lots of great memories here and wish the new owners all the best, hope they can bring back the locals and regain that friendly, welcoming vibe the pub always had.

A big shout out to Maddi for being such a wonderful host! My colleagues and I had a super tasty lunch and dinner at the Inn. Maddi was so accommodating and stayed open a little later to service us pizzas after a day's work. Her team were very friendly and helpful throughout the day too. We'll look forward to returning in the Spring.Noteworthy details: Wonderful helpful staff!

Lovely one night stay here in our campervan. We enjoyed a drink in the on site bar in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Our dog was spoilt too. Friendly and helpful owners. Toilet/shower block is probably the cleanest I've used.

We used a campervan and stayed for 2 nights in the first week of November 2023.Facilities and staff are excellent. Having a pub/restaurant attached is excellent. It?s a good location on the Nc500 and a good base to do day trips from.Even saw the northern lights from the car park.Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here. The grounds and facilities were well kept and clean. It was so peaceful and quiet. We also ate in the bar & the food was delicious. And loved all the fuss our dog got (such a dog friendly place). Friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

A top-class camping, caravan and motorhome Park. It has everything you need. The bar, bistro, washing, toilet facilities are amongst the best available in Scotland. The beach is 15-20 minutes walk and is an absolute paradise. I would stay here an entire week as there is so much to explore and all reachable from here. For example the speedboat coast tour of the coastal rocks, caves, castles, whales, seals and birds which runs out of Wick daily. But the far-north is a really liberating, breathtaking place to do whatever you want in terms of coastal exploration. And then there are the Orkney Islands which are a 3-day experience too.Walkability: All wLks to enjoy from here or nearbyFood & drinks: Great bistro and breakfast. Nice ale from the bar.
