Stayed here whilst working. Check-in was easy. Staff very helpful and knowledgable. Particular mention for Karen who was so nice and helpful.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant next door served good food with variety and good size portions.
V nice stay in all.

Loved my stay at this premier inn. The staff are very friendly( christine was great with us ). She was like a wee tour guide of the city. Great location for getting around would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Standard Premier Inn rooms, no air con but they did provide a big fan to get air circulating.

Cosy and comfortable room as always. The extra bed we needed for the kids was already set up for us. The staff were very lovely, pleasant and approachable. Ideal for a short stay when visiting friends and family in the area.

Restaurant & bar didn't open until 5pm, after we checked in!
Had to get food & drinks elsewhere!

Staff very nice, rooms clean and tidy, plenty of hot water, quiet, while it may look a bit tired in the carpets etc the service was great, bed comfortable, room even had a fan set up dur to the very hot weather, used it as a base for travel to near Edinburgh

Received a fine for parking in the car park for not even 20 mins while we ate a McDonald?s which is right beside it, the premier inn didn?t even look open and car park was empty, we could of parked on the road besides but as it was empty went in so we were off the road, I didn?t notice any signage when we entered but I could be wrong, Premier Inn I am disgusted that you let this happen, especially as the location is not near any place of interest and the place was deserted. I will definitely think twice about staying with you in the future #sortyourparkingfeespremierinn #ripoffbritain

Extremely poor hotel. Rooms have no AC and even when 16 degrees outside the temperature was approx 25 degrees. Customer service from Premier Inn extremely poor and really do not care. Unable to open windows due to health and safety reasons. Poor night sleep guaranteed

We have stayed in other Premier Inns over the years and with exception of all the staff this was the worst ever. From stained bath towel to very warm room and TV that did nothing and a large fan that was eating electricity as it didn't and couldn't blow a feather off a table, it was pointless being there, it served no purpose.
The staff were all excellent but the Hotel let them down, such a shame.

The pub is shut and only open to Premier inn guests, so that was dead. The room was a bit tired.

Staff were pleasant and breakfast was the best part of the deal. Rooms were clean and location was good.
