Don't know what's going on with this store, but everytime I go in the freezer section seems to be empty all the time the stores stock always seems to be very low , the butchers section is great though that's the best part of the store , the staff are lovely

You need to re-think your fresh hot chicken cabinet, guys. The bags keep bursting. They were fine when you just cooked stuff then put them on a table, bagged, to cool. But the greaseproof paper bags aren't strong enough for a hot cabinet. Either the inadequately-sticky label comes off or the chicken makes its way through the bag. Either get plastic, heat-sealed bags or stop leaving them in a hot cabinet when cooked. I've had two burst on me now. This product is a large part of why I come in. If it's a game of dodge the bullet each time, it's no longer worth the hassle.

Hate having to go into this Morrisons. staff at self scan are always too busy chatting with each other instead of keeping an eye out for approvals, issues with the machines etc. can also be quite rude.

The products are very good.
The service at the checkouts is terrible.
Today a obnoxious tubby lady at the Bellshill branch who tells me her husband left her and remarried and the blissful couple want nothing to do with her unsurprisingly was telling me she was clever but getting everything wrong.
in addition she struck me on the arm a witness saw this and the event will be reported to the police.
Rude and horrendous service is one thing but violence against customers is something else.

Pretty standard Morrisons. Fish counter, mini deli and crappy self check out machines. Now, don?t get me wrong, I?m an avid fan of a day out at Morrisons and enjoy buying a whole salmon/octopus as much as the next man.
However, one elderly customer told my girlfriend to move her ?Skinny butt in? - pretty offensive considering she?s been smashing the Jane Fonda workout videos recently. There was also a surpluss of raw meat juice in the reduced section which probably isn?t very sanitary?

A supermarket that smells of cigarette smoke which flows in through the front door from the smokers which congregate outside... But on a plus side it masks the musk smell .... (Why people buy musk perfume I'll never know but they all seem to shop in Morrisons)
Managed to get everything I wanted and plenty of parking available, lots of self service tills so no queues.
Staff were pleasant.
