Very poor service very slow drive thu 15mins had to wait to place a order went to pick up the staff are rude when ask how it has taking so long mangers don't want talk to customers they are just happy to get your money off you mcdonalds need to do big revision how to take care off there customers

Kept getting my order mixed up at the order point & when I went to ask for sauce at collection window I was interrupted & told ther was ketchup in the bag but, it was bbq sauce i was going to ask for.

Horrible branch. Got order wrong last night went back. The manager said you've got the wrong order. I gave yours to someone else, no apologies, or anything she left, waited another 15 minutes on my order, and the cheese burgers were dripping in grease. Around 40 minutes from entering to leaving with the correct order eventually. They could care less.

As I'm staying at premier inn opposite it's was just easy to walk over than use the pub for food.
Really busy but that is due to half term.
Food was quick and decent considering how busy it was at 1400hrs.
I came over again at 1730 and still busy as you would expect.
The team keep the shop floor clean and tidy considering even during rush.

This is the second time in the last few weeks this restaurant has forgotten my order.
On the first occasion I waited in a parked space for over 40 minutes, tonight I waited at the 4th window for over 30 minutes and watched as every order that was placed after mine was fulfilled. After this I went inside and spoken to a manger who couldn?t tell me why my order had been missed - when I did finally receive it I was 1 portion of fries short I had them correct this at the counter and upon returning home the food has not been prepared correctly and had ingredients I asked to be removed.
I have wasted over an hour of my time and still don?t have food I can eat I?m appalled considering it wasn?t even busy at the time, careless staff and management this will be the last, I should?ve known better than to choose McDonald?s and better than to choose the Bellshill branch - AVOID !

Sick and tired of the bad service won't be back. Boy on the drive thru thinks its funny to overcharge. They get the orders wrong more often than they get them right, really poor service.

The only good thing about this McDonald's is the cleaning staff. Everytime I order from here the food is cold, items missing or wrong and the burgers are flung together all while waiting a long time for the food
