Just had long weekend there for a funeral all staff were very cheerful helpful and kind would certainly stay again. Hope staff receive the praise they deserve.Rooms: Very clean warm and comfortable

A perfect stopover just off the motorway, especially the night before if venturing into Glasgow early doors ?Friendly reception, clean, well equipped rooms, excellent breakfast, good parking.My only critique, is, they won?t take cash at the bar unless you have the exact money, as they won?t give you change. ?????

We stay here because of work and it?s great, especially one chap on reception and on the bar Danny he is great always busy and happy great with customers and professional too, he?s always helpful to us and other customers. Reasonable prices on the rooms too. What more do you need ?

Had yet another excellent stay at HIE Strathclyde Park. Room spotless, breakfast ideal, staff very professional and accommodating. Special shout for Anndrea at reception. We arrived a couple of hours before due check in, expecting to do as usual ie, register car at terminal at reception, then go for a wander round the park before coming back to check in. Anndrea checked to see if our allocated room was available, which it was, so we were able to dump everything in the room and go out to relax without keeping an eye on the clock for check in time. Once again thanks to all and especially Anndrea. Looking forward to coming back with grandkids again. PS in family room, sofa bed not issue, can easily squeeze by, and when kids not using it, fold it up.

Perfect staging post for our trip to Scotland. Great value for money, friendly, helpful and courteous staff, warm shower, plenty of parking. They are close to supermarkets for petrol and supplies and there's a self service breakfast with everything to fill you up. We'd definitely stay again. Thanks Holiday

It was a very disappointing and scary stay.I never rated any establishment this low. However, they do deserve this low ratingThe first day we checked in, the rooms weren't very nice.After relaxing for about an jour we went out. On returning back to the hotel to our surprise, our room door was wide open. When we spoke with the receptionist, she said no one went in, and she was very adamant about it, so we took her to our room, and she said no one did go. We wanted a room change. She reluctantly changed, and in the next 2 days, we didn't get any room service

Rooms are good, there were no tooth brushes/ no stirrer for hot drinks. When requested I was asked to get it from the reception as they were short of staff.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel amazing price & you get breakfast too. The manager was very helpful he helped me log into my IHG account which I had been locked out of for a while.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was totally fine and clean. The sofa bed is probably positioned a bit wrong because it's hard to get past it when it's unfolded. The breakfast was okay.

Booked a family room (double and sofa bed), room was far too small and had less than 20cm for access past sofa bed to get into room or back to bathroom. Totally unacceptable for anyone like myself who has slightly reduced mobility from a stroke but doesn't need disabled facilities. Also quite worrying for emergency escape during night in event of fire alarm.Breakfast selection and quality of food on offer was well below standard expected or offered by other hotels.In a plus though the Staff are very friendly and helpful and obviously take pride kn their work and Hotel which was overall clean and tidy..Rooms: Don't bother with for family.... too small and sofa beds are rubbishFood & drinks: Very poor breakfast selection and low quality
