Shocking service by the female member of staff with shortish grey hair. Telling me abruptly what I can and can?t do with my money. Sorry love I understand how to manage my finances- I am a working adult who understands the financial rules and regulations and spent a few years working in financial services. I know what I can and can?t do, I have been paying thousands of pounds per month into my joint accounts with the bank for 20 years and know what I?m doing.

I went there ,the first time and the first lady was not friendly ,she didn't want to be asked any questions concerning me opening a bank account as I am new in the UK , I went back home and came back only to be assisted by a lady called Ruth who is amazingly professional and assisted me with so much more information and friendliness.

The lady called Brenda at reception is wonderful and very helpful.Most recent experience with BOS Bellshill branch. The personal Banking Adviser Angela kelly and the Branch manager was really helpful and very kind.
