While the food was superb, particularly the ribs, which I found to be the best I've had, my experience was unfortunately marred by your policy concerning complimentary prawn crackers and the manner in which it was enforced.
On my visit, I spent over £35 on my meal and was looking forward to receiving the complimentary prawn crackers. However, I was informed by a staff member that I needed to spend over £40 to qualify. Despite being so close to the threshold, and having already enjoyed a substantial meal, there was no flexibility offered. The insistence on the strict £40 limit, even when I had spent £35+, left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
While I understand that businesses have policies, good customer service often involves a degree of discretion, especially when a customer is just shy of a promotional offer. This rigid application of the rule, particularly given the amount I had already spent, significantly detracted from what was otherwise a fantastic culinary experience.
I hope you will consider reviewing this policy and perhaps empowering your staff to exercise more discretion in similar situations. It's a small detail, but it made a noticeable difference to my overall perception of your service

We have eaten here many times before and thoroughly enjoyed our meals , however we bought a take out last evening that was quite possibly the worst I have ever had it was inedible , and binned reheated rice , ribs smelt and tasted very ( gamey ) ! And very expensive we shall not be revisiting !

Had the Chicken Omelette and Chips with a Gravy Sauce
The Chicken omelette was one of the best Chicken Omelette?s I?ve had from a Chinese and the chips were really tasty and I really enjoyed.
I didn?t like the Gravy Sauce though but apart from that meal was lovely and I would eat from again

Friendly, good service, crackers were nice and huge amount, tasty and not very expensive, huge portions. The family was happy to have this dinner.

Having complained about a munch box we took home the previous week. It being so dry that one of the chicken pieces on the bone had no signs of chicken in it. When we called up they advised they would send up a replacement box. However, we had eaten part of it and no longer felt we needed further food. As a result they promised a free replacement the next time we came in.So, we came in the following week to take them up on their promise.What they told us is.The munch box is always dry and that they would not serve up another to us.We could order something else, or have a refund.So what we realise is that the quality of food being served is so brilliant that if you think it isn?t, we are just being fussy?There should be a no star option. They would get 3.

Love it always come around at the weekend! Recommend the salt and chili chips the are incredibly good.
