Went to Ffordes yesterday to have a look at some binoculars. On top of lots of really helpful information and advice we were given a lengthy opportunity to thoroughly try out and compare numerous models. This wasn't going to be any sort of high value sale for them but even so the staff member listened carefully to our requirements...
