Stumbled across this place today and was blown away! The food was lovely I had the Scottish breakfast, cooked to perfection, and the portion size was massive. Hubby had the chicken panini which was very tasty.
I have to mention the cake? honestly, one of the best slices I?ve had in ages. A solid 10/10!
Staff were great very smiley and welcoming. I?ll definitely be back for more!

Visited here today for the first time and was seriously impressed! It was pretty full but we were still given a warm welcome ( even tho we just went in for cake and coffee). Coffee was lovely and their lemon cake was to die for. Relaxed atmosphere and modern decor. Will return 10/10

Came in on a Saturday morning. Service was fine and it was empty so average rating for atmosphere
Have been a few times before and it has impressed.
Ordered an oat milk flat white and a cappuccino to go. Must have been a new member of staff as she had to look at the menu for prices.
Oat milk flat white was disgusting, had lots of foam and tasted like water. The cappuccino tasted burnt also.
Extremely disappointed.

So we stop for coffee at 10am, first they say the don't take card payment after a wait, then they couldn't take £10 note for 2 coffees as they said they had no change? Really. Maybe it's just the staff involved. Who knows. My partner wouldn't let me go in to complain. Never again.

The place wasn't clean. Scone was hard and inedible. Had no tuna. Toasties bread was so thin. £17 was expensive. Complained about the scone but still had to pay fir it. Won't be back.

Got to say, what a find! Esp when the sun shines and it?s just amazing sitting outside. The food was brilliant too. Gorgeous tomato soup, hallumi salad and panini. Lovely cakes as well. Staff were amazing , warm and friendly. ??

I gave it another go after having not been in ages and although it's got better in some ways, worse in others.
Better: actual homemade bakes.
Worse: the cleanliness of the tables. The volume of their speaker at the front door. The attentiveness of the teenage staff.
The same: almost everything comes from Sainsbury's round the corner. If you live locally, just go there, take the goods home and cook it yourself to save you £££
