Don?t make the same mistake as me! New to Scotland and thought I would be protected by a big brand but absolutely not. Was charged £1000 for a full service (which is fine, I got a new stabilizer link and coil spring as well as two new tires and an alignment)? but for £1000? Everything else was quite atrocious, it?s shocking that they said it was okay for the road. I left with the same problem I came with and had to go to a different mechanic to have the cracked radiator hose replaced? I also asked how the brake pads were and was told they were fine, but they are worn down to basically the rotors and weren?t even looked at. Really weird that a full service and diagnostic check doesn?t include checking coolant levels or brakes? I just find it odd and I would seriously question whatever else is going on here.
I feel like I was lied to by the woman at the front desk and I was sent out with an unsafe vehicle. I also said the coolant was leaking and I?m just shocked that I was sent away with it still leaking? just depressing that I paid for this.
Expensive lesson to learn - do not go here.

Chatty, smiley and professional staff, all prices explained and permission sought before carrying out any additional work... In my case a light bulb... ? Nice one Lisa at customer service desk ?

What a total rip off, asked them to carry out a service and check/replace a droning wheel bearing, told me nothing wrong with wheel bearing, but needed brake discs and pads. Charged me £35 for a sidelight bulb, road tested car before I left, then told me, yea you do need a wheel bearing. I then left my brake pedal went straight to the floor, took it back in, they told me it was ok nothing wrong with it. Stay clear if you value your life. Id actually give it 0 stars but it won't let me.

Wished I had known about Halfords before. So handy from my home in Bearsden. Excellent service and information from all the staff. Aim to go back there in future for mot etc.

Donny was really helpful and professional throughout getting my new tyres fitted.
There were multiple challenges to get the appointment due to the different tyre sizes on my car and the online system having the wrong tyres sizes listed.
However once this was addressed the fitment process was a breeze

Visited Halfords Bearsden today. The service and professionalism was first class. Donald patiently advised us on a replacement tyre and we saved money with his support by joining the Halfords Mororing Club. I would have no hesitation in recommending this branch for the friendly super helpful advice. Thanks Donald - great job !!

I cannot thank Donald and Lisa enough for the excellent standard of service provided at Halfords Bearsden. My exhaust broke and I needed my car to take my 4yo to a much anticipated trip to a pre booked Farm park. The team were incredibly supportive and understanding and were able to get the work done quickly so we didn?t need to cancel so our trip. Donald took the time to explain the issue and show use the problem, increasing my trust in Halfords. Overall and excellent service, thank you.

I had a engine warning light come on as I was passing( I don't live in the area)with my baby in the car. Panicked a bit and Lisa was amazing. Helped me out, fixed the issue enough that I could get back in the road and gave me good advise. Highly recommend
