Ordered 2 large orders for staff in 2 different care homes . Dominoes delivered BOTH orders to one care home despite them having different addresses . The manager was argumentative and basically called me a liar on the telephone call saying I had put the same address on both orders ( which I had not and was able to send proof of this )
Customer service non existent and not even an apology .
Did eventually offer to send a fresh order if we sent the wrongly delivered pizzas back

Pizza was but cold, was ignored at collection counter? Waited a while until eventually woman asked if I was being served ! Out of 10 staff all in view no one even glanced over?? All delivery oriented no customer service!

Really disappointing customer service. Ordered though just eat and for some reason it changed my delivery address at the end to a house 9 mins away. When I got spoke with the delivery driver and gave him my address he said, ? ok ? and no other explanation. Assuming the food was still getting delivered we waited around for 25 mins giving him the benefit of the doubt he might be caught in traffic. When there was still no delivery we called Dominoes who just said ?take it up with just eat?. No refund, no delivery, no food and £25 down. Why the food couldn?t have still been delivered I have no clue ?????. Really unhelpful and won?t bother ordering again

Got a bbq pizza with no bbq sauce on it, pizza is tasteless, would be better off eating the box as it would taste the same. also didn't come with a garlic dip yet a different store I ordered from last week came with one, is there a sauce shortage or is someone taking the p***?

Ordered my pizzas online and arrived at the store. I counted 9 staff members. Not one of them looked at or acknowledged me or spoke to me the entire ten minutes I was there waiting on my order. I eventually had to ask at the counter if they had my order! Horrible customer service.

Ordered an Italian thin crust. Arrived with base uncooked and gel like. Called store they offered to send another or a free pizza next time. I said please resend but make sure cooked I am disabled and rely on this and was looking forward to it. Second pizza arrived. I tipped driver and handed back previous pizza so they could see error. Second pizza still uncooked. I called store who explained it's because I ordered thin base and I was to change my dietary requirement in future. This is not the case as I explained to him I have previously ordered exact same order ( too many times it I admit it to myself) and never had this problem. I explained that uncooked dough would make myself sick and other customers. No resolution. Very sad. I love dominos. Won't order again

Had pizza from this dominoes on sat night and myself my partner and his sister all have food poisoning from the 3 different pizzas we had. I am pregnant and this concerned me as food poisoning can be dangerous for the baby
