Don't come to Bearsden ofter...but come when we're in Glasgow for the day. We usually just pitch up at the big coffee place on the corner. Today we see it's closed.So looking for something else we found you!!Great service...Nice busy atmosphere..and lovely menu....quite happy for us to share a sandwich.Our go to place next time...Will recommend you ...although doesn't look like you need it.Lovley outtdoor seating if weather is favouable. Thanks for a nice lunch to share.Ian and Liz.

It's nice enough, but a bit cold since the door opens right into the middle of the seating area. Not much they can do about it except maybe heat the place more. The vegan options were lacking. Asked for the veggie breakfast with no eggs and they offered extra potato scones, which was a bonus. I asked for non dairy butter but they said they didn't have any and brought me butter anyway... No vegan cakes for after. Wouldn't be my first choice in future, but maybe if you are a meat eater your experience will be different.

My mum and I were one of the first customers at Cafe Crème when it opened and became regulars. Sadly my mum is no longer with us, but recently I returned with my daughter and again today and I can honestly say I have no hesitation in recommending it. Consistently good food, baking and coffee in a lovely friendly environment. I had a laugh with the owner about the tables still being the same (although completely refurbished)!! A must when you visit Bearsden Cross.
