I have a extensive pair of trainers with worn out heels have visited 3 cobblers to be informed they cannot be repaired/wii have to be send for specialist repair I had almost given up till I visited timpsons in morrisons James took the the job on and within 3 hours called me job done first class job and service
I have no problem in giving him 5 star's and have no problem recommending him

My Mother, who is battering Cancer, had a wobbly just outside Timspons in Morrisons while my father was pulling the car round. Without blinking an eye the workers noticed, reacted and got my mother seated, some water and had her calmed and carted out to my father, in a wheelchair.
Cannot thank them enough, what an incredible level of service and kindness. Forever in debt.

I was given a price of £37 (not the For Life battery. It was £49) to replace the battery in my Tissot watch. I went to Ring and Things in Bathgate and it cost me £7. Will not be back at Timpsons.

Extremely helpful- great service. I had recently bought a key from a Timpson branch in Edinburgh but when I got home it didn?t fit. I took it instead to this Timpson branch to get it fixed and the man was very helpful, immediately saw what the problem was, and then cut me a new key within a minute. Thank you!

If you want to have a £150 jacket destroyed look no further, buttons had their paint stripped and a huge scuff up the back, looks like they took an angle grinder to it and cleaned it with wire wool, absolutely furious, just because they have been in the business for so long does not mean they are any good steer well clear!

Excellent service, so quick and done in just a few minutes for cutting our keys for us. The young woman who helped us was very polite and so pleasant to chat with, shall be returning to this store soon for some more items.

Just to thank you Ian for your help fixing my son's Armani watch. Looks like new! Great job! Great customer service ! Great value! Much appreciated. Hadn't realised Timpsons did this as well as key cutting, re-soling shoes, passport photos etc! And such a good organisation Timpsons...ethics/values wise....helping children and young people who need it. Ethical business. Love it.
