First order - no sauce on bmt sandwich with lettuce (extremely basic order but forgot sauce some how)
Second order - two sandwiches ordered, mixed breads up, put sauce on half sandwich this time so I suppose I should be grateful for that. Obviously all untoasted even tho requested toasted. May be a training issue but just feels like a laziness issue. Won?t be back.

By far the WORST subway Iv ever been to, onions, jalapeño etc cut like big wedges, the bread is rock hard , hardly any steak on a steak & cheese, more sauce on the roll than anything, if you don?t like working at subway get another job, don?t look severely depressed and angry cause customers want to ask you something, the way the subs were wrapped got in the car and half of it fell out , the staff are absolutely clueless, HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO HERE

Used to be a decent enough subway and I had gave it 5 stars but has really went downhill to the point I had to edit review. Recently the staffing has been really poor. One employee in particular constantly listening to music in earphones whilst serving (3 occasions I've witnessed it) same employee sat outside on ground vaping saying store was closed whilst opening hours where showing open. Outside that individual employee the store it's self is being ran poorly, constantly out of stock of items and don't make customers aware before beginning order. I now use the one in whitburn as a result, significantly better ran store.

Was looking forward to getting a subway after work, walked up the precinct to see shutters were closed this was at 6pm even tho the shop stated that they close at 7pm knocked on the door the employee came to the door and said ?I?ve been on my own all day since 2?, with attitude, not really my issue yous are understaffed or whatever but I?d rather get served it?s not like it?s a lot to ask for it is what you are employed to do

Very disappointed.Unfriendly and poorly treated by the 2 members of staff when i tried to go in for a sit down meal with a friend.A friend and myself goes in a few hour before closing and was refused sitting because they have just cleaned the tables/floor.

Called in to subway in Bathgate today and the guy that served us didn't have a clue how to make a sub the bread was ripping he forgot to put the ham on so instead of taking the cheese of he slapped it on top and toasted it that way asked for a pepperoni pizza slice and he forgot the Italian tomato sauce and instead of taking the pepperoni off he slapped it on top of it and while putting my order through the till he was doing a dozen other jobs ?Looks like my subs been back handed and smacked about. The other one I got was just completely falling apart. Very poorly run subway.Maybe some staff training is in order as there is no way they are sandwich artists and they looked extremely miserable

I got a delivery from here yesterday 10th August. The hash browns came freezing cold so I phoned them up said to me He would get a driver to deliver fresh ones up with some free cookies and he told my details and they still haven?t even phoned me about it. Disgusting won?t be back
