Before covid this bank used to open on a Saturday and open later than 3.30pm .Now they're not open for normal workers who work Mon to Friday 8am to 4pm

Very poor service for business banking. Went in to get a letter and no one knew what it was, I sat there phoned business banking for over 20 minutes and finally someone in branch was asked to print the letter for me! Wait for it, she printed it but couldnt hand it over to me until her manager approved this. The manager was on a call so I insisted she speaks to the business banking customer service person who was on the line. Like what? We are in 2022 everything is automated. Service needs to improve for business customers.

Worst Bank on the planet only staff in branches rated 5 they do their best. Menagement,helplines absolutely crapped,going to switch to other bank soon.

As a main branch and you can't deposit money into certain accounts when at my local Royal Bank you can, the employee that served me was one cheeky arrogant individual, I certainly won't be using this branch again...

Always over crowed women take to long to busy haveing a talk about the weekend or some sort of event and also rarely is there two tills on even then there should be more

The bank is appalling but the 5 starts are for a woman named Wendy she helped so much' 4times I've been in the bank trying to sort things out. Manager got it wrong 2 times now. She was a blessing thanks again Wendy (if u ever see this)

Went into the branch for the third time asking for statements 4 weeks later still nothing.Got the impression they're not interested or obviously Not!!Bank is a joke and so is there customer services when you call them don't think working from home is a good idea listening to some one on the other end having their breakfast. The faults are endless.

It's almost like the staff here are doing you a favour if they and when they decide to serve you, 'better than you attitude' about the teller desk area, no please, no thank you, turn their backs on you. Had enough. This is not my first experience of this service level at this branch but it will be my last.

Absolute shower of ignorant, arrogant, horrible horrible people! Get annoyed if you don't want to use the machines and then when you get to the counter they have no time for you in the slightest, if I wasn't so lazy I would leave this bank in a heartbeat!

Only one star as I can not give less. Absolutely zero customer service experience from the all female staff. Told I'd have to ask another bank IF I can close my account and open a fresh account there. Regardless of it being another bank and not theirs.

This bank can be busy it has 2 to 4 tellers and also has self banking machines so if you know what you need done you can do it yourself privately if you need help then the que moves fast enough for a bank in 2018. Ignore the moaning in other reviews banking has changed in recent years so its cheaper and more accessible which makes it less likely that us the tax paying public won't have to bail out the underperforming banks.
