Booked a wheelchair accessible room but wasn't enough space for the wheelchair. Other than that room very nice. Nice view out of the window. Pity the pub was closed for refurbishment. Would return here.

I am currently staying at this hotel in a premier plus room. Will be glad when i leave. I arrived yesterday, no cleaners in today even though it state's on the website there is cleaners everyday. I had to go to reception and ask for.my room to be cleaned and for clean towels. I got.told the cleaners are.going.home now but they gave me clean towels at reception and emptied my bin. As soon as you walk out of the lift it stinks like a pet shop. There is no iron as also state's on the website. Cannot connect my phone to the television as that also says you can, on the website. I will not be coming back here ever again. The smell is atrocious.

It's a fairly modern Premier Inn and looks to have been refurbished more recently. Rooms are good, if marginally smaller than I remember. Staff here were friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is a dreary looking specimen located off a busy road a good 40 minutes walk from town/restaurants. The Toby Carvery next door is currently under renovation but not sure how long that's going to take as it currently looks like a squatters den. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff pleasant, the breakfast pretty tasty. Sad to have no proper reception of lounge facility which means the place is devoid of atmosphere. Functional but soulless.

Room was top notch compared to other premier inns - hotel has been recently been refurbished and done up to a good standard. Breakfast was as usual for a Premier Inn. No green chilli in the beans so I will remove 1 point but all in all, would recommend !

Perfect room for 1 night. As we needed to be near St Johns hospital suddenly.Hotel has Just all been modernised, so all was good. Breakfast only served in Prem inn onsite.
However there's is a Toby Carvery if that suits your taste.
Order Ubereats or drive to restaurants nearby.
Noteworthy details: Make sure you're at correct Prem Inn in Livingstone.
Good to stay if you need to be by St Johns hospital.
Lovely fresh brekkie.

We had a great stay. The location is good, it isn't far away from Edinburgh or Glasgow. The staffs are very friendly, especially TERESA, she is hard work and friendly with everyone. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and delicious.

Location is a little far out and there is nothing else around. There was refurbishment work going on which we had not been made aware of beforehand which, as it was the weekend, there was very minimal happening. But did mean the restaurant was only open for breakfast. Thank goodness for Toby carvery next door
