Took them over 20min to bring my drive thru order - happy meal and mccrispy - and it was freezing cold. It?s a joke. Drive thru is meant to be drive and get your food not wait 20+min in the parking lot for a lost McDonalds employee who?s trying to figure out which car you?re meant to be in.

Fast service and the food was hot! Seating area tidy and clean. Toilets were spacious and very clean too.

Don?t usually write these but this is the 2nd time I?ve done table service via the app and waited 20 minutes to go up and find it?s sitting in a bag and cold. Also had to deal with missing items after drive through or being made to wait constantly in the drive bays for 30 mins. Not fast. Generally cold food

The young staff in this McDonalds are usually super polite snd pleasant, very unlike the obnoxious young woman who was taking the orders in the drive thru this morning. Sat at one of the machines for 5 minutes waiting on her to ask for my order, then she served another car that pulled into the other machine after me first, again I waited and still nothing from her. When I eventually gave up and drove to the window to ask if there was a problem with that machine, she tells me that she only had one earpiece for the other machine and they were short staffed, no apology nothing, and when I suggested that they should block off the entrance to the machine that I had been waiting at, she cheekily said ?yeah right thanks?. Poor customer service at a very basic level. Some training should be given on her VERY poor attitude, no excuse for this at all. We?re all busy and have places to be!!

Staff in the windows were polite but again.Park and wait way to long a wait only to give up and go in and find it in a pile of cold food on the counter ...when it's ready take it out don't stock pile to make less trips.

2 rats ran across cars path in headlights of drive through 18.45 Sat 8th Feb burger and chips were cold. Going in to explain rubbish all over outside eating area. Strong smell of urine. No words from staff took my food threw in bin and tossed replacement across counter. Unfortunately I have become accustomed to these poor standards from this branch.

Possibly the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever had the dissatisfaction of attending. Not once have I been handed my food to go when ordering at the drive through. Each time I?ve had to wait at least 15 minutes in a space, but most of the time I?ve had to actually get out my car to walk in and ask where my food is - and there it is, sitting on a bag getting cold on the counter. What?s the point in a drive thru if we have to come inside anyway? The staff are rude, especially the manager who can?t deal with customers so I?m unsure why she works with the public at all. The owner of this franchise mr micheal hall really needs to have a full overhaul. It?s a complete mess

Most of the time, food comes cold when ordering from uber. Ordering directly with McDonald's comes hot and the breakfast wraps are the best ?

Food would have been warmer if they stuck it up there arse 2 hours for delivery and mcflurrys were melted and milkshakes were watery only thing even a wee bit edible was the bbq ranch

This place never fails to disappoint. Coffee orders are pot luck as to getting a latte or hot chocolate or anything inbetween. This place is anything but fast food restaurant wait 20 mins for a double cheeseburger. Do not use this place it?s shocking. Shame as it used to be decent
