Great service! We ordered heating oil 10 days ago on a 2 week delivery window as thought we had enough but had to call and ask for delivery to be sped up as we were running low. They delivered it first thing the next morning and didn't even charge extra as it had been 10 days since we ordered. Thanks so much for the quick friendly service and making sure we didn't run out during this cold weather!

Outstanding service once again! We contacted johnston oils heating and they sent James out the following day. James was on the ball knew exactly what part we needed and was fast at ordering the part soon as the part was in James was eager to get back to sort the boiler and I'm so greatful for his hard work! James is a great asset to your company knows what he's doing and makes maximum effort! also thanks to the staff in the office they are always lovely to talk to!

Whether I order online or by telephone the experience is quick and trouble free. Staff that I have spoken to are very pleasant and helpful. The delivery is always on time or before date specified.

Straight forward delivery. All went well. One thing that would help would be prior notification of am or pm delivery. An email as courriers do, detailing arrival and status, to be able to ensure padlocks are off and ready for delivery would be very helpful.

Unless your a big company with 100s fleet of vehicles these guys are not interested.Don't get me wrong the department for fuel deliveries is great. But the department that deal with fuel cards is an absolute joke. We had around 8 fuel card with them for the last year or so. Our company has recently rebranded we still have same company address, same vat number, same company number as well as myself still director. We called them to let them know the simply change. They made a mountain out of it.We had originally given them a £2000 deposit. After 6 months they give us this back saying we were such a good customer and alway paid on time.They made us fill out a new application for the company name change even though we explained it wasn't a new company. They then took best part of two month to deal with the application only to then send us a later stating they wanted £4000 deposit off of us. When you call them up no one is interested. We get companies calling us every week for fuel cards but we wanted to use johnstons as they are local to us. If you a small contractor like us with humble 10 vehicles then I would stay clear of this company.

Opened an account over the phone and Ordered and Paid for 2 lots of fuel back in December. Fuel was delivered promptly. Invoices arrived but trading name was wrong. Rang up and asked them to change it...they said they couldn't do that, the old account would have to be shut down and a new one opened. Rang them several times per week since the 29th December 2022 and they promise each time to sort it and send replacement invoices so we can claim any Vat paid and put the invoices through our books. Rang yesterday and today promised they would be sorted but nothing! Frustrated doesnt cover it!

Ran out of oil today 23/12 facing a cold Christmas as nobody could deliver . The team at Johnstone oil have gone above and beyond to help. Very much appreciated to all that helped .
