OMG....New owners?....especially that woman? Have to say I ran that carwash for few years and my partner was helping out last owner so we know the car wash inside out. Visited site today paid Ultra HD £10...I had to ask them again to use intensive prewash...don't know why they don't use it , well I do it costs them as they need to pay for the intensive, but without it cars wont be properly clean... So guy put me through and there was no shampoo coming. After went through the wash turned back to tell them....woman started saying my car clean and to go away. I tried to explain again but they totally ignored me. Just when I was sitting there waiting they will talk to me, a car went through with the new ceramic wash £16 and there was no shampoo either. Wondering if he realized it.I eventually got fed up sitting in the car being totally ignored and went to the office to ask for a coupon to go back next time when they fixed the shampoo. Woman started swear at me at her own language, I had to remind her to speak english and still rude and totally ignorant. I ended up coming away...but what an experience.Avoid....Avoid.....Avoid!!!!!

Went to here today for a wash and velvet.Helpful staff who rushed my valet for me as I didn?t have time and done it exactly how I wanted giving time they had to do the job.10/10 for customer care and a good job done.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I always come to this car wash as its done very well, you can pay different prices starting very low at under £3 or get the best wash at £10 I prefer the £10 but if I was low on cash then the lowest price would do the trick.

Put car in for a mini valet plus. Should include hand wax. Car was still dirty in places. So obviously not hand waxed. Raised the issue and just got a shrug of the shoulders in return. Rip off. Stay awayWheels were also dirty.

Good service and helpful staff. I downloaded the app which gave me money off my car wash. Member of staff helped me to navigate the app as the barcode wouldn't scan.After the wash the car came out sparkling clean.Highly recommended
