Absolutely shocking a reallylong queue that moved very slowly. There was only person serving in the entire shop and that was the prescription counter. There was another till with no one serving at it despite the fact there was 2 assistants walking about apparently doing nothing. Had I not been desperately needing pain relief I would have walked out. Totally unacceptable as it?s the only pharmacy in Linlithgow

Checked website- open, got there at 1pm to find them locking the door, explained I had checked the website before coming and extremely rude staff member told me to look at the time on the door?.will NEVER shop there again, no wonder local shops are closing. Sorry to say internet is more convenient even although I tried to shop local!

Came in today (4/11/23) to collect an online order but was told that my order had not arrived yet, I was given a contact number for customer services in order to get more information or cancel the order so I could buy something in store but they (customer services) were completely disinterested. Stating that I wasn't aloud to cancel or return the item until it arrived at store.Jacqueline and her security colleague were very helpful in branch 546 and helped me in finding something in the meantime while I wait to cancel the order. Dealt with the issues very professionally and the short comings on the online side of the business obviously dont reflect the retail store side.Thanks boots bathgate.
