Just Collected my personalised knife from John at Blackboar. I couldn't describe how pleased i am with his work. And a really nice guy to deal with. It will not be the last piece of work i have done from these guys.

I've been after a nice bushcraft knife for a while, but glad I waited for this one. It's the best quality knife I've owned by some distance. It has a solid weight, well balanced and feels like it will last a lifetime. Very happy with my custom sgian dubh, John love your work and thanks for the wee tour of your workshop. Can't thank you enough. Already recommended to a few friends and I'll be back for a custom bushcraft knife too
