This practice has always been available for any appointments I have needed. Nurses recently have been fabulous. I also had amazing help last year, when on holiday in England. GP called quickly and sorted a prescription with a local pharmacy. Reception team are friendly and supportive any time I have called, which is not often but still appreciated. Thanks for supporting our local community.

Terrible experience. I called over 100 times today as lines were busy, additionally, I spent over an hour on hold waiting to speak to an actual person! The appointment system is a total joke- best of all, I was calling because the doctor from a previous appointment gave me the wrong prescription, causing issues for me so this needed dealt with. Clearly the doctor didn't listen to me when he gave me my prescription, even though I explained and corrected him multiple times. I didn?t even end up getting through to anyone with a pulse today, as after waiting so long, it was clear no one would be answering! Shocking set up

Can?t have appointment during a week as phone was switch off. They use phone only after 10 am when all appointments closed.

Have just waited on the phone 20 minutes not to speak to someone. This practice is so antiquated it never provides adequate customer service.

Shocking service here. They give prescriptions out to lazy people that pretend they can?t get out of bed. Yet a child who is seriously ill, and she gets nothing!!

No help when you need them, appointment system is very poor, can't get through on the phone at all. Scare away tactics used constantly with waiting time. Very bad experience with this surgery.

Joke of a place lazy up helpful don't listen to a thing you say and haven't had a face to face appointment in over 2 years even tho asked to be seen as had all covid symptoms tested myself 5 6 days later was negative so don't know for definite but had all symptoms and still have symptoms like cough sore joints and muscles pain in chest and no energy been tried all the time and was trying to see about victims but these wastes of spaces don't listen so haven't got any victims
