Rude and aggressive staff. 12 hours after I spent a six figure money in this shop the staff explained if I opened the paper box of the item no warranty no return. It is my problem and I can go wherever I want to go. I know Argos is not hire the top qualified staff but with this attitude nobody should work in customer service. Trading and Standards could you have a look at this place please. The staff just mentioned their policy is against Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Customer service is shocking. Was dealing with a woman that had a lip piercing. No greeting whatsoever, definitely looked like she didn?t want to be there.
Needed assistance for the item to be put in the car as I was struggling and she blatantly said not possible because there?s 2 of them and there can?t be 1 on the shop floor. Shop was empty and my car was parked right outside. Then seen the guy fix the outside displays a second later.

Bought a rotary dryer for my garden ,but when I got it home I opened box ,took it out of box ( did not put it up ) when I saw it I decided It was not suitable .When my husband tried to return it the day after I bought it the staff refused to take it back!!!! I went to see them but to no avail £55.00 wasted !!! Writing complaint letter now ?
