Rude and aggressive staff. 12 hours after I spent a six figure money in this shop the staff explained if I opened the paper box of the item no warranty no return. It is my problem and I can go wherever I want to go. I know Argos is not hire the top qualified staff but with this attitude nobody should work in customer service.... read full comment

Customer service is shocking. Was dealing with a woman that had a lip piercing. No greeting whatsoever, definitely looked like she didn’t want to be there.
