Not a great experience. I moved house and paid £1300 for a new wet floor in the bathroom. The plastic trim on the walls was removed along with the metal door strip and threw in the bin and I was told it would be replaced the following week. The bottom of the wall panels were damaged and there's a small cut in the flooring in the shower area. Almost 4 months down the line after 14 text messages of which 9 were ignored, 5 times they arranged a day to finish the job and repair the floor but didn't turn up and 3 visits to the shop later, I'm still sitting with an unfinished bathroom. If you use this company, don't pay until the job is 100% complete.

Staff are knowledgeable about their products and prices. Huge selection of flooring to choose from. Catalogues are readily available. Excellent work carried out by the fitters. Would recommend this company

Really disappointing experience. Totally left me in the lurch with a new build house with no flooring. From failing to diary my 3 day fitting to then increasing their estimate by almost £1200 after measuring.. I was then told ion the phone to ?take it or leave it? and they then hung up. I would not recommend.Service: Install flooring

Unfortunately the carpet that was sold to me over 12 months ago had a manufactures fault so the staff at Tom Laing arranged for the insurance company to visit my property.Once they visited and realised the carpets would need to be exchanged all the staff were extremely helpful and polite from start to finish.The carpets were fitted by a very professional and polite fitter and the house looks great again.Would definitely recommend using Tom Laing!!
