Staff very professional, got the job done quickly, the front of the shop doesn't look good although this has nothing to do with the workmanship, a bit of money spent on improving front of shop would make it look more respectable.

The guys in Kwik Fit Barrhead were so helpful ,I phoned at short notice for my Tyres and was given an appointment for I pm ,I was advised my Tyres needed replacing and was was given a very competitive price and the service was fast and efficient, The guys were so helpful especially the guy at the Desk and the Tyre fitter ,Would definitely recommend them ??????

I visited Kwik Fit Barrhead on 15/07/2025 for an air conditioning recharge which I booked online and paid £72.95 for in advance, having advised them of the make, model and year of my car.
Ten minutes after dropping the car off I got a phone call to advise that my car actually uses the new gas and not the old gas so the price was going to be £138. Of course I expressed surprise at this since they knew when they charged me exactly what car I had, but I was told there was no way for them to know this as my car was just on the cusp of the change from old gas to new gas!
When I complained saying if I'd been given that price up front I'd have shopped around, the mechanic immediately offered to drop the price to £100, which I agreed to pay just to get the work done.
This is the kind of business practice Kwik Fit have long been famous for, low introductory pricing then upselling and finding new things to do to charge you for, but I'd hoped that was a thing of the past. In effect I paid £72.95 for my gas recharge and £27.05 for the wisdom to go back to avoiding them in future.

Popped in to the Barrhead branch today, under a good bit of pressure due to work constraints, I can honestly say.....I've never had service like it. The guys were so nice and not pushy at all, I use my van loads and needed advice on a good, durable tyre, Gary was more than happy to take time and talk me through my options, no pushy sales tactics, just pure advice and knowledge, which made me feel comfortable and at easy when getting two tyres changed.
I'll definitely be back with the vans as well as my personal car.

Excellent service popped into the Bridge St Paisley branch didn't have my tyre in stock, they advised it was available at Barrhead. Called them dropped off the tyre and it was ready for collection within 50 mins.

Saturday 3 May 2025. I had a puncture whilst visiting friends in Barrhead. They suggested I go to the local Kwikfit. I was met by the most friendly, helpful staff who wasted no time in producing and fitting a tyre. The whole process was quick and pleasant. I am very happy to give 5 stars for outstanding service. I had a terrible experience at Barrhead Kwikfit. After blowing my tyre, I was met with rude and unhelpful staff, who refused to help and were aggressive. They removed my wheel without checking the tyre size and then blamed me when they didn't have the correct size in stock. My car was left undriveable, and the staff refused to help further, suggesting they'd have to damage my car to remove it. The situation escalated with mocking and belittling comments, and I felt unsafe and disrespected as a young girl. What should have been a simple service caused unnecessary damage and emotional distress. I would not recommend - if I could give 0 stars I would!
