We ordered three large pizza?s, but they didn?t even look like large pizza?s, more like medium. One of our pizza?s were wrong, and all our food was cold. The delivery driver was late but we weren?t upset at that since he got lost and it?s hard to see our house number.

Worst we have had . Good delivery, food hot but chips not cooked and very dry pizza's hardly any cheese on them . Very dissapointing.

Manager Omaji, this propably isnt the correct spelling of his name but i think youll know who i mean. His customer service is something ive never came across. Long silence after disputing order as if he's not even listening. Rude, his phone mannerisms are deplorable. Never again. The girl we spoke to at first was very nice.

Never ever coming here again, been to many domino's who are on point with timing, ordered personal pizza, collection time was up to 10 minutes, took these idiots 30 minutes to make it, made me sit here with no updates absolutely pathetic, staff are lazy, this has cost me valuable time at work and I lost my lunch time too as a result the worst domino's branch ever don't trust them

Dominos Barrhead is probably one of the most shocking and disappointing branches from around in Glasgow. The manager in particular always has a very blunt tone to customers and many times says requests are not possible due to saving time and not wanting to put in the effort to redo an incorrect order. The branch never answers the phone which is shocking if you need to put through an order through phone or make any changes or add anything on - huge loss. If staffing is an issue then this needs to be sorted as customer service in here is at an all time low. I've been in here several times with every time the order being incorrect or requests being ignored. Going into the branch, I can hear the phone ringing constantly with many staff present to hear this but choose not to answer. I hope this is improved on!!
