Size of this store seems a small.
But what gets me isn't everyone wants to use the self-service points & you have to wait for a member of staff to appear from wherever they might be hiding (possibly not on the shop floor I suspect).
Also the self service machines aren't clearly labeled: card only or card & cash.
I'm sure that I'm not the only one but I don't want to use self service tills and prefer an actual person especially if your only in for a couple of packets of paracetamol and a lottery ticket.

Great place for a shop for a few things.
Staff friendly & helpful.
Only downside to this store is that i find the isles a bit narrow, as the store could have been a bit bigger when it was being built.

Terribly rude Store Manager. Walking about like she owns the place. Talking down to staff and customers. Very condescending and unpleasant.

I go to shop everyday and some of the staff looks at you like it?s your fault to be there, worst customer service ever,you never see a worker behind the till and you have to shout for to be served and when they come to till most of the time you have to move all your shopping to other till as they don?t wanna serve you the till you already put your shopping on, you don?t see them smile,they look like they don?t wanna work there, there are couple of workers who is nice to you but most of them are miserable as a customer I would like to be served as nice a human being deserves.

Staff consistantly off. Big sigh when serving as if you trouble them. Civility costs nothing. Maybe you should sell some of that to your staff.

I used to be a daily shopper at the co-op as its less than a mile from where I live so was very convenient. Unfortunately I've had to change to one of the bigger supermarkets as the shop has very low stock these days. The staff are great and always very helpful and I know it's outwith their control. I have also been seriously put off though by the amount of people not wearing masks, the aisles are very narrow so really it's impossible to avoid being in close proximity to other customers. Again I don't blame the staff as people have their own rights, its my choice to shop elsewhere just a pity as I always favoured the co-op.

Considering the fact the shops rather small. It has a great selection. Staff are helpful too. Also if you live in barrhead, it's worth a 5cstar rating for finally having a cashline on this side of barrhead...
