As an update to my previous review, I?ve had an update from the seller of the house I put an offer in.I was indeed the highest offer and Barrhead property misrepresented my position to the seller meaning I lost out on the property despite telling them my house was already sold to the council and could move quick.
I strongly recommend no one uses them. Having had experience with their rivals who are much better Kelly Residential, the difference is night and day. Dealing with estate agents who are not dodgy and competent at their jobs.
A lot of people I?ve spoke to regret using them and know now to stay clear. Choose a better estate agent and not this dodgy lot.

Barrhead Property have just completed the sale of my late father's home. Everything went very smoothly and their extensive list of prospective buyers attracted a very good price for us. Hugh Declan and Shirley are amazing they organised everything for us Selling our house amazing price arranged photography which was stunning . They helped us also purchase organised Solicitors and surveyors nothing was a bother to them . Very professional from start to finish . I would not hesitate to use them again. I have been using this company for the past 20+ years buying and selling property,
They always get me a great price when I sell and offer such a good service to the buyers of my property's including arranging mortgages, insurance, etc.
I cant thank Hugh and his staff enough for there dedicated help over the years and i know the future will be good for me by using them to buy and sell my future property's...

Having dealt with them as a buyer numerous times, I am not quite sure how they manage to have so many good reviews. Very questionable business practices, very poor communication. Money seems to be the only thing that matters to these people.
