Droped money in this shop on the same day sent my 13 year old to ask at customer service desk if money was handed in and was told No, then went in myself week after and was told yes but not the amount I had lost,
But they checked cameras and saw that it was my money that they found.but I didn?t get it all back, but Half of what I had dropped.
put in a complaint with a manager and was told they wil investigate but not had a phone call back, so went in myself following week and everyone got a different story, this store is not trustworthy or have any loyalty towards their customers, customers service and management have dealt with this matter very poorly.

Never trust the closing time of this store, it says close at 11pm but when you arrive there at 10:45 just to find out the store is already closed,

Car park is filthy, overflowing bins with trash and cigarette ends blowing around.Walls leading up into store on the escalator are covered in black finger marks and drink splashes. Pretty disgusting to be honest.

Why is the trolley situation so bad that you have to wait for someone to finish there shopping then follow them to ask them if you can have there trolley. Its not just a one off its every time you visit the store !!!!.

Something needs to be done about people queuing at the trolley self scans and then jump down to the basket ones where there?s clearly another entrance. I?ve lost count the number of times I?ve argued with customers over who?s next as they have entered from the trolley side?

To whom it may concern,Our past experience of this store has led me to the conclusion that you clearly have no concern for us oldies who want to pay at an old fashioned till point and maybe have some interaction with a friendly human.Queues at the often lonesome manned till point are allowed to grow to ridiculous lengths that would make Alton Towers blush.I don't blame the staff this is quite clearly a policy of management.A sad lack of appreciation by the company for the generation of customers that helped to put companies like theirs in the position they now are.Self service is all fine and dandy when you don't have a basket full of shopping, arthritis in what feels like every joint a dodgy hip and even if I didn't have those ailments then I would still struggle to see the screen with eyesight that hasn't in all honesty been the best since the mid 90sYours Sincerely,Mr & Mrs Hughes
