Friendly reception shame about the 2 surly yard men who were less than helpful, thankfully the young guy wasn?t. Need to improve customer service and not complain about essential shopping when website welcomes online click and collect.

Said they?d deliver on Friday pm in to an address in Banchory but they never turned up! Very disappointing service, no call either to say they wouldn?t be. Project delayed! Not happy!

I have been trying to contact Buildbase for the last couple of weeks but they do not answer the phone nor is there anyone there. I've made several wasted journeys. The website says they're open, but they're not. On contacting the head office no one seems to know what's going on. Surely it must be possible for the head office to find out what their opening hours are over the Christmas period and publicise these correctly on their web site?
