What a waste! Never answer the phone. Waited in the pharmacy for 45mins once and asked why no-one answered the phone with 5 staff on duty! Got a pathetic excuse until I showed them my phone which was still ringing their phone. Their expressions were priceless. Then said they had no record of my elderly mother?s prescription since 2019 although they have been delivering that very prescription (and still screwed it up) for the past six months. A complete waste of space and a total embarrassment to the NHS. Get shot of these jokers.

Has went downhill In recent months. All the original staff have left, waiting times are definitely longer. Néw staff are nice, but no criticising new ones!

I'm sorry. Well chemist I had a delivery of one of my meds instead of the 4 I ordered. Started phoning from 10am yesterday, 16-17 phone calls later still no answer on phone. Other than that I'm happy but what is the point of having a phone if no-one answers. Thanks

0 if anything I worked in a pharmacy years ago one in an independent one and then inside a doctor's surgery. The GP based pharmacy was always busy but not once did we have people waiting for ages just to have a name of a prescription checked. They also don't answer phones and that was another thing that should always be answered and not let to ring out for 5 minutes on repeat. There management is poor and this makes the health service look slow and undermanaged, when actually it is just this one pharmacy. Avoid this if you can there are pharmacies in the area who are far quicker and nicer and get it right first time. Sorry Wells Balloch you have gradually gotten worse over the years and need to look at another manager.

Awful chemist. They don't answer phones and very rarely do they get a prescription right. I was in on 17th December and two other people were complaining they had been given the wrong medication while I was in. Staff have all changed in the last year.

This Chemist is a nightmare any other Chemist make up your prescription while you wait this chemist makes u return in hours or the next day and have known customers to wait more than 3 hours for their necassery medication

They actually had there phone on silent. I tried calling all day no reply so i went into the chemist and called while in there there phone never rang and they said the phones been goin all day. Not my 1st run in with this lame excuse for a chemist

Slow service, staff walking around and talking while customers stand and wait. Pharmacist unhelpful, didn't seem interested in helping. I asked them to recommend something for a simple eye problem to be told go to GP. Then stated they needed my details because I had a consultation.

The service here is awful. I have been here perhaps three or four times in the past year and each and every time has had me less impressed than the time before. On the most recent visit I had popped in to hand in a prescription for my little one. There were no other customers in the shop and four staff, one lady who was off to the side working and the other three who stood behind the counter chatting. No word of a lie, I stood there, all of 5ft in front of them for 10 minutes while they wrapped up their conversation.When the woman finally took the prescription from me she informed me that I could pick it up the following day. I was already annoyed and told her that, that wasn't acceptable for a bottle of childrens calpol and an inhaler and that I'd take the prescription elsewhere. The only reason they got any stars from me at all was becauseat this point the lady off to the side popped her head over and said she could do that now for me.Sadly this isn't an isolated incident, they seem to think that talking amongst themselves takes precedence over customer care. Give the girl who is hidden away a pay rise, she's your only saving grace.
