The inn was undergoing renovations when we stayed there but that did not affect us too badly. The room was fairly small but comfortable. The stairs are quite steep and could be a challenge for people with mobility problems. Location is great at the end of Loch Lomond.

Really disappointing stay. No food, beer was awful. No atmosphere anymore. Upon arrival after a long tiring drive we went to the room which had no view and overlooked the bins and bar staff were emptying glass bottles right under our window, so noisy. Stuffy, hot room. Beautifully situated- struggled to find initially as not signed inn keepers lodge. Disappointed with the room for money we paid stained carpets, stain on sofa bed cracked and peeling paint on walls sofa bed could feel every spring on it- kids struggled to sleep. Over priced for room we got! Lovely friendly staff however
