Incredible. Definitely worth a stop if near loch lommond. Prices were so reasonable for the portion of ice cream. Absolutely fantastic and great ice cream.

This is a nice little ice cream shop on one of the main drags of Balloch. It's right across the road from the Car Park for the Country Park and less than a five-minute stroll across the bridge from the train station. It sets nicely embedded with the other shops in a vintage block of businesses. There are just a couple of tables in the interior making for a cozy environment. The sweets available are tempting but, of course, we stopped specifically for the ice cream. We tried a two-scoop combo of Belgian Chocolate and Banana Caramel. It did not disappoint. The service was pleasant enough and efficient and the prices were not unreasonable. This is a lovely treat that I'd recommend if you're visiting Balloch and you enjoy a nice ice cream break.

I had a breakfast from this place. I have not had food that was so oily. The black pudding was so saturated it was falling apart. Everything was soaked in grease. Had it nit been for the fact I needed to park my van further away, I would have gone back for a refund. Sorry Scoops. I am sure their cake and ice cream are okay because they likely don't make it?

Queued for about 10 minutes in a long queue to get a couple of ice creams - finally got to the counter and the server started serving people behind us in the queue, I thought fair enough they must've just done this by accident but after waiting for them to serve the customer behind us they completely ignored us again and served another customer behind us in the queue.
Felt invisible, shocking service, we walked out and won't be returning

Placed an order tonight at scoops for old school cake, as I have done many times. The picture below is what came.. I called them to say I had the wrong order . To be told I?ve been told to say that?s old school cake . I know that?s not correct as I have bought it many times. I said to the young lady you can?t change a cake and then advertise it to what you would like it to be called. No apology or offer to change to a different cake but they did refund the money after hanging up and picked the cake up. Indifferent attitude very disappointing
